Real Estate Schools in Pennsylvania
A bachelor’s degree from real estate schools in Pennsylvania can help you prepare for your state licensing exams, and certification as a property manager. Real estate salespeople and brokers are not required to get two-year or four-year degrees. Rather, they must meet Pennsylvania’s educational guidelines. It starts with 60 hours of classroom learning for a salesperson. After completing an exam, there is an additional continuing education program, and a broker needs to have a further 240 hours of instruction plus three years of experience. Subjects in these required educational programs include real estate practice, ownership, valuation, brokerage, and real estate law.
