As a rule, organizational leaders must not only provide direction and motivation for employees to work towards a common goal, but they must satisfy the needs of the employee group. To do this, leaders within an organization have a series of specific responsibilities.
Organizational leaders must keep track of and keep under control any outside factors that affect the group, manage the work of the group as well as individual employee work and activities, prepare and support subordinate employees, motivate them, and play an active role in the group’s work.
