In contrast to a lot of graduate level data security courses of study, Norwich's Master of Science in Information Assurance coursework focuses on the demands confronting management across the data security sector, not only on software and technology. You will gain detailed insight into the procedures, policies and structure of the information security program of an organization, as well as developing both theoretical and practical skills. The improved skill set you attain in each seminar will be instantly applicable to your current career.

The coursework is created by PhDs and instructed by real leaders and originators in this realm - individuals who keep making their mark. These professionals utilize their many years of personal and professional experience as tools for teaching.

Norwich University has received accreditation from the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc., via its Commission on Institutions of Higher Education.

Classes accommodate a maximum of 15 students, groups that are known as cohorts. Certain learning activities and online discussions are participated in by cohort members as they navigate through the program together. The diverse background of team members imbues great worth to the instruction experience. It also helps you develop a worldwide network with your classmates - one-day they will be professional contacts in the information security field.
