Norwich University Online is a division of Norwich University School of Graduate Studies. Norwich University, located in Northfield, Vermont, is a traditionally military college that now also accepts civilian students. Students will find that Norwich University Online's degree programs are more rigorous than traditional classes, but that the curriculum prepares students for real-world demands.

Students can earn several graduate degrees through Norwich University online, including a Master of Arts in Diplomacy, a Master of Civil Engineering, a Master of Science in Nursing, and other Master's degree programs. Each of these programs provides students with advanced education in their chosen fields of study.

Norwich University is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc., and students who earn an online degree from Norwich University receive an official, traditional diploma. Online degree programs at Norwich University are just as 'official' and educational as traditional on-campus degree programs. Students can complete Norwich University graduate degree programs in 18 months which consist of three six-month semesters and a one-week on-campus residency in June.

Students who complete a Norwich University online degree enroll in two six-credit seminars each semester, which gives students a total of 12 credits per semester. These seminars last approximately 11 weeks. With three semesters, students take a total of six Norwich University seminars during an 18-month period. Students may be eligible for a seminar waiver with certification, depending on the program.

Eligible graduate students at Norwich University online can qualify for federal and state financial aid. Students should complete an application through FAFSA to determine which aid they are eligible to receive. The Norwich University bursar will coordinate students' financial aid once the FAFSA is processed, and students can coordinate the balance of their tuition with other financial aid avenues.
