Students will be prepared for a wide range of disciplines in business and management after completing a degree in Business Administration. Those possessing this background perform jobs in the private, non-profit and government sectors. They are skilled with computer software and applications along with the specialized proficiencies of their major, and possess a solid grasp of business methods.
The median amount of time for a pupil carrying a full class load is nine semesters or 36 months. You must have at least 124 semester credit hours to qualify for graduation.
Pupils in this degree course of study who plan to seek a master's degree once they graduate, can sign up for Dual Enrollment, conserving time and expense as they pursue that objective.

Business Management
The program is intended to give students the skills and knowledge to attain an entry-level position in their desired field. It will offer an overview of the principles, practices and operations of business, with a concentration on producing expertise in management. Accounting, business and computer business software are just a few of the areas of study available. Cost, managerial and automated accounting will be the specialty of the graduates with which they can take up a job at the business office of any organization. The Public Service Commission of Canada approves this program. In addition, the Canadian Institute of Management (CIM) has approved our diploma program.

A Business Administration degree gives students the skills needed in business and management in many different fields. The persons educated with this type of business program will go on to work in private, non-profit and government business ventures. An in-depth knowledge of business issues and well grounded expertise in their majors, along with the proficiency in computer software and applications are among the qualifications of these people.
Nine months is the average length of time for students taking full course loads. A student taking a full course load will complete the program in approximately 36 months.
What duties does an Administrative Assistant perform?
Administrative Assistants conduct a broad array of administrative and clerical tasks needed to run a company. They act as the office's communication manager, store files both electronically and on paper, manage assignments, perform research, and distribute information by a variety of methods. Administrative assistants utilize a range of office tools, like fax machines, copiers, scanners, and telephone systems. They also frequently utilize computers to perform jobs formerly done by managers, like creating spreadsheets, letter writing tasks, managing databases, and composition tasks utilizing desktop publishing software.
