Professional Faculty
Our faculty is made up of dedicated, experienced professionals who are up to date on the latest developments in their fields. They can show you how the international business environment impacts your accounting job, and prepares you to work in the new marketplace. They will instruct you in theory as well as real life scenarios. You will acquire the information needed for the technology and personal insight in your field of choice. You will develop the expertise and technological tools you need for success whether you aim to be a tax professional, auditor or consultant, or your goal is to work in private industry, the public sector or not-for-profit organizations
Undergraduate Accounting Degree
Our undergraduate accounting students can graduate with a bachelor of science degree in accounting. Earning this degree will qualify you for a rewarding career working for public accountants, corporations, and government or non-profit entities in their financial and managerial accounting departments, performing internal audits, or preparing taxes. Earning a BS in accounting will qualify you to take either the CPA or CMA exam. Certificates are also offered at the undergraduate level.
The Graduate Accounting Program
Within the graduate curriculum for accounting there are two master's degrees available. Students who have minimal or no prior exposure to accounting and want to ultimately prepare for the CPA and CMA examinations, as well as students who simply want to enhance their current accounting skills, should consider the master of accountancy program. You can also choose a broader based program with an MBA in accounting.
The Master of Accountancy program allows you to integrate outside courses into your accounting program. With this program we hope to prepare you for careers in public accounting, consulting, accountants, and managers for profit and non-profit organizations.
The MBA program with an accounting concentration offers students a comprehensive course of study which helps to prepare them for employment in business and non-profit organizations, where a strong combination of accounting and management qualifications are necessary. Certificates are also available at the graduate level.
This will give student maximum credits for transfer. The BBA is a management degree course of study and is the undergrad correlative of the MBA. The degree features a detailed investigation of the theory and practice of business via an eleven-course core curriculum. While learning about the main subjects, you will also research a large spectrum of business-related topics. Some of these include: How to operate a business (even one of your own); how to grasp the dynamic definition of revenue in the current international market; and a focused study of the reasons for success and failure in companies. No matter which company you join, your BBA degree will be useful to you.
For pupils possessing a specialized interest, the degree provides seven specialties, enumerated below. Those with different interests and career goals can design a custom course of study that will best fit their needs. The bachelor of business administration degree program demands the satisfactory accumulation of 123 total units.

Program Requirements
Prerequisites for the BBA are completion of 33 lower-division classes, 21 of liberal arts, 33 of basic business, 3 of supplemental requirements, and 33 elective courses. Pupils can elect to take one of the ensuing specialties to replace the 33 electives: finance, personnel, data technology, global business, operations, and more.
MULTIPLE CONCENTRATIONS
You can take two or more specializations in the BBA course of study. Along with the class prerequisites for each specialty, you need to finish the curriculum for every lower division class, as well as classes in liberal arts, business, and any extra prerequisites required for attainment of a degree.
