Career Point College also offers undergraduate associate's degrees in various programs, including Accounting Technology, Medical Assistant, and Network Support Specialist.

Because of Career Point College's adult-oriented approach, students can complete specific career-training programs to begin a new career right away, or students can earn associate's degrees to form a foundation for a new career or a continuing education. Career training programs teach students the specific skills that they need to begin a new career. The associate's degrees offered by Career Point College also have a focus on career education, but also provide a general education in the specific program to enable students to pursue additional degree programs in the future.

As a school designed to cater to adult students' needs, Career Point College offers day care centers for its San Antonio campus students. These day care centers accept children from 12 months to 10 years, and offer age-appropriate lesson plans and a seasonally-based curriculum.
