DBA, Business Administration

The professional ability required to meet the dynamic needs of modern organizations and academic institutions can be learned through the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Program. This DBA program provides a curriculum that is based on practical business ideas and real world research, instead of just a theoretical method of research. The DBA is oftentimes seen as a professional research doctorate.

The DBA course is designed to give individuals the chance to enhance their personal and professional competencies as they balance the needs of a full-time career, education, and family.

Students at Argosy University may choose from the following DBA concentrations:

Accounting: For students who desire deeper knowledge of current accounting theory, its history, and corporate governance

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

The four-year Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree course of study is created for pupils with explicit professional objectives in business. With the completion of core business classes, students are involved in fixing real, worldwide issues. Working in a team situation, students learn to address and solve business issues. Collaboration between pupils, curriculum, teaching staff and peers improves the vital skills of teamwork and networking. The course of study is aimed towards a curriculum that pupils can implement in a manner relevant to job and personal success. The bachelor's degree course of study readies pupils for beginning to mid-level jobs in both the private and public arena, as well as ongoing instruction in graduate business courses. In addition, we provide degree attainment opportunities that permit pupils who have started coursework at a different school to finish their bachelor's degree.

This implementation-based initiative is constructed around adaptable in-house, web-based courses to assist pupils in attaining a top-notch and useful degree as they balance the challenges of scholarly and private life.

After being admitted to the bachelor's degree program, students are expected to have the following standard academic abilities: standard written and spoken communication skills; standard calculation skills, and the ability to use a calculator for basic operations; required computer skills to prepare documents, give presentations, access materials and information online, and send and receive emails.

The main objective of the business specialization is to assist pupils in attaining the know-how, abilities and proficiencies required to be eligible for starting positions in management or leadership of groups.

MBA

Argosy University's MBA course of study emphasizes pinpointing solutions and implementing them, as well as assessing the outcome of these actions.
